“Too Late” was first written and released four years ago as a solo track by Sam Reynolds. Sam and Victor felt that the message of the song was more relevant than ever, especially over the next few weeks, so Victor introduced new backing vocals, upright and electric bass, and hammered dulcimer parts, and Niel Brooks remastered the track. Sam Reynolds created a new music video for 2026.
